Dacorum Health Action Group (DHAG)

A non-profit organisation, the Dacorum Hospital Action Group was formed in 1975 to campaign to keep vital hospital services in Hemel Hempstead.

In 2021, DHAG changed its name to Dacorum Health Action Group to underline its new wider objectives of campaigning for good quality health services for people in Dacorum. This includes challenging cutbacks, fragmentation and damaging outsourcing of healthcare.

New Hospital Campaign (NHC)

The New Hospital Campaign believes that a new emergency care and specialist hospital should be built in a central location accessible to all the 500,000 people of West Hertfordshire.

The Campaign is a collaboration between Dacorum Health Action Group, Dacorum Patients Group, and local people from Berkhamsted, St Albans and other places in West Herts.
